Our gluten-free lángos in Budapest is made using our own developed recipe and high-quality Schär flour mix. During preparation, we pay special attention to separated workflows to ensure that our gluten-free products are handled safely and carefully. 

Since our restaurant prepares both classic wheat-based and gluten free products, we place strong emphasis on separation and mindful kitchen practices. 

Our Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road location was the first place where we successfully developed and introduced our gluten-free lángos recipe. This was a personal mission for one of our owners, Dani, who became gluten-sensitive at a young age. He wanted to make this beloved Hungarian street food accessible to people facing the same challenges. 

Thanks to years of testing and refinement, we created a gluten-free lángos recipe that even guests without gluten sensitivity genuinely enjoy. At this location, the gluten-free lángos is prepared in a separated area, using dedicated equipment and gluten-free flour. 

Last year, we opened our Vécsey Street restaurant near the Hungarian Parliament, where we had the opportunity to create a fully gluten-free kitchen. Here, gluten-free lángos and other gluten-free dishes are prepared in a completely separated environment. 

In addition, gluten-free pancakes are now available at our Vécsey Street location, offering even more options for those looking for gluten-free desserts in Budapest.
